The Teaching of Agni Yoga was introduced in 1921 by Nicholas and Helena Roerich. Nearly one hundred years later, it is still the most recent major yoga in the evolution of yoga. Agni Yoga is about the fires of the higher mind. The practice of Agni Yoga leads one from the lower mind to the higher mind and into the Higher Worlds. Some call Agni Yoga the yoga of Living Ethics.
