Heat a large skillet on Med/High.
Add the olive oil and let it heat.
Reduce heat to medium, add the onion and saute til golden, 8-10 min.
8 Minutes
Add the spices and stir for a minute.
Add the cauliflower, coconut milk.
Cover and let cook, stirring occasionally, until the cauliflower is very tender, about 15 – 25 min.
Adjust the seasonings.
Stir in the cilantro and serve.
