How will I know if my registration has been received?

When you click on “register” in the registration form, you will receive an email that confirms your registration.

How will I know if my donation has been received?

No matter whether you pay with PayPal, or with a credit or debit card, you will receive an email from PayPal’s payment gateway, letting you know that your donation has been received. 

Is it essential that I fill out the registration form?

It is essential because it enables us to connect you with the Conference so that you may receive any vital Conference information we may be sending out.

When will the Zoom link to the Conference be sent out?

You will be sent an email with the Zoom link one week prior to Conference. If you do not see the Conference email, please be sure to check your spam and junk email folders.

How soon after the Conference will I be able to view the presentations?

Conference presentations will be available to watch on YouTube immediately after the close of Conference. All attendees will be notified by email as to how to access the 2025 WMEA Conference YouTube videos.
