"Psychic Energy: The Life-Giving Energy"
Psychic Energy is a life-giving energy that provides for the relationships we have with many planes of consciousness. We experience the intercommunication and interrelationship of all of Life through psychic energy. Psychic energy expresses all the hidden glory within a human being. It allows for communication with higher and higher realms.
One’s life must be based on striving toward beauty, great service, and great striving together. As we strive on the path of Agni Yoga, the yoga of Life, yogis recognize that their life is a garden. Each yogi must strive to be a beautiful gardener so that everything in their garden is beautiful and useful to others. The higher the frequency of psychic energy flowing through a person, the greater the quality of their garden.
To acquire psychic energy, the yogi must develop receptivity and sensitivity. Receptivity and sensitivity must continuously be developed to such a degree that no opportunity is lost in sensing and receiving this primary energy. Receptivity and sensitivity can be developed with constant alertness, observation, watchfulness, and attention. Psychic energy can be absorbed by the yogi only when they feel it, recognize it, and accept it. The current of psychic energy does not force itself but waits for proper reception.
We will learn during this conference that the study of psychic energy provides an environment for assimilating this primary energy. It is in the study and research of primary energy that our studies and experiences gradually enlighten our mind, purify our heart, invigorate our body, and bring to the surface of our consciousness the principles and standards of Agni Yoga, which are pro-survival and the foundation for all true success, health, and prosperity.
