Kathy O’Conner
Kathy O’Conner is a Corporate Travel and Event Coordinator. She has been married for thirty years to her husband, Kevin. They have two daughters and one son.
Kathy’s spiritual path began at an early age. Due to her father’s career as a paleontologist, he moved the family to Saudi Arabia when Kathy was six years old. This led to her immersion in a multicultural society with friends from countries around the globe. Holidays were spent traveling to many destinations, and she rejoiced in the experiences of a variety of cultures, which created in her an understanding of the unity and commonality of all people. As a child, Kathy was taught to have great respect for the wonder and beauty of nature through weekly family outings.
Kathy is part of the WMEA editing committee. Along with a team of coworkers within the WMEA, she assisted in the editing of a book by Nicholas Roerich. She is also collaborating as part of a WMEA committee as an editor with the English translation of the Helena Roerich Notebooks that are currently available on the WMEA website. Kathy, along with her coworkers, is presently translating into English and editing volumes one and two of The High Path, which includes portions of Helena Roerich’s Notebooks. Kathy was involved in the WMEA project to compile and edit An Agni Yoga Companion, a book that will provide deeper insights into Agni Yoga themes. This two-volume book is now available on the WMEA website for download.
